Leadership is the fascinating social phenomenon that occurs in all groups of people regardless of their geographical, culture, or nationality.
For many years there has been the increasing importance of leadership in different areas, like in business companies, industries, schools, hospitals, hotels, and government institutions to mention few.  The basic issue that can be raised, is the way leadership is carried out, some form of leadership behaviors are seen to be more favorable or preferable  than others depending on the prevailing situation in a particular social context.
